CUSTOMER SUPPLIED MATERIAL

Infinite Optics, Inc. assumes no liability for assembly, damages or loss of customer supplied materials during processing or transit. All components must be removed from mounts, received dry, free from dust, dirt, grease, oil, chips, stains, and other contaminants, ready for final cleaning and vacuum deposition.

EXPEDITE SERVICE

Customer orders may be expedited. Please contact us for details and pricing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Infinite Optics, Inc. company policy requires international accounts to pay in advance of shipping. You may pay by credit card or wire transfer. Additional service charges will apply to wire transfers. The order will ship after bank notification of payment.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS

All accounts over 30 days from invoice date will be placed on C.O.D. until past due invoices are paid.

PAYMENT TERMS

Infinite Optics company policy requires first orders to be Credit Card, C.O.D. or prepay. Infinite Optics standard terms are Net 30 days from invoice date, upon approved credit application. If a new customer would like to establish terms for future orders please include your company credit information. Freight charges are in addition to the product.

PURCHASE ORDERS

All Purchase Orders must be written, faxed and emailed. Accompanied with print(s) and/or written specifications for the order to be accepted and processed, unless other arrangements were made at the onset of the order. Any revisions to purchase orders must be in writing.

QUOTES

Infinite Optics Quotes are valid for 90 days of quotation date and are in U.S. dollars.

SHIPPING

F.O.B. Santa Ana, California. Customers choose preferred carrier and may provide shipping account number. Otherwise shipping charges are prepaid and billed to the customer.

WARRANTY/RETURNS/DISPUTES

All components and services are warranted for 30 days after receipt of material. All returns must be authorized by Infinite Optics with an RMA number prior to the return of any item within 30 days of receipt of material. Infinite Optics shall determine a quick resolution using retained witness samples, returned material, and other test and evaluation data. IOI will rework, replace, or return components or services where applicable. Disputes: In the event of dispute, a third party may be utilized to substantiate findings. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular application. Some laws do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. If these laws apply, all implied warranties are limited to the warranty period identified above. Except as provided in this written warranty, whether resulting from breach of warranty or any other legal theory Infinite Optics, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience, including direct, special, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost sales, resulting from the use or inability to use the Infinite Optics product.

PRIVACY, WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes. Like many websites, we use “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

The term “outside parties” does not include INFINITE OPTICS INC. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

HOW CAN YOU OPT-OUT, REMOVE OR MODIFY INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO US?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
