DICHROICS & FROSTED DICHROICS

Dichroics provide brilliant spectral purity for low or high wattage applications.

Offering 35 stock colors. Upon request custom colors and color combinations can be coated.

COLOR CORRECTION FILTERS

Are used in applications where it is desirable to modify the spectral characteristics of various light sources ranging from 2850° Kelvin to 5900° Kelvin. Upon request custom color correction filters can be designed based on specific correction requirements.

COLOR SEPARATION FILTERS

Are used to separate visible light in many applications including and not limited to: architectural and studio lighting, control systems, display systems, light balancing, color correction to name a few.

EQUAL PATH^TM FILTERS

Are the solution to the ever-present “halo” of color around the edge of the filter. Accucolor Equal Path Filters corrects the halo and illuminates the area with the desired color.

COLD MIRRORS

Cold Mirrors-visible are used in applications where it is desirable to reflect a cool beam of visible light and remove the heat by transmission.
Cold Mirrors-ultraviolet are used in applications such as film processing, ultraviolet curing and ultraviolet fluorescence to reflect a maximized beam of ultraviolet light and remove the heat by transmission.

HOT MIRRORS

Are used in applications where it is desirable to transmit a cool beam of visible light and remove the heat by reflection. Modified Hot Mirrors also available.

ANTI-REFLECTION FILTERS

Are the solution to the problem of unwanted surface reflection.

ULTRA-VIOLET FILTERS

UV Blocking Filters are used in applications where it is desirable to illuminate the subject with visible light and avoid the harmful UV A and B light which breaks down most cloth, paint and photographs.
UV Transmitting Filters are used in specialty applications where it is desirable to illuminate the subject with ultraviolet light and view visible fluorescence.

SECURITY FILTERS

Semi-Covert Filters reduce the visible output of a light source while allowing infrared to pass through.
Covert Filters block the visible output from a light source and allows only infrared to pass through.

NEUTRAL DENSITY FILTERS

ND filters are used to reduce transmission when needed. Accucolor offers 4 stock colors.

COLOR FILTER GLASS

Accucolor offers 10 stock colors for low wattage applications.

UNCOATED FILTERS

• Clear Filters, use as safety lens and for high-temperature applications (up to 450 C / 825 F).
• Frosted Filters, softens and diffuses more than CA-16, less than C73 Prismatic, beam edge barely perceptible.
• Prismatic (C73), softens and diffuses more than CA-16 or frosted lens, eliminates light beam edge.
• Softening (CA16), reduces glare, softens and diffuses, light beam edge remains perceptible.
• Linear Spread (skytex), reduces glare, softens and diffuses, light beam edge remains perceptible.
